Information we collect

We collect the contact, address, delivery, payment-method choice, and order details you submit to process a reservation. We do not request or store passwords, OTPs, MPINs, bank passwords, card numbers, or CVVs.

How we use it

Ukay Lokal uses your information to reserve products, contact you, arrange manual payment and delivery, maintain sales records, prevent duplicate submissions, and meet legal obligations. Marketing messages are sent only when you separately opt in.

Storage and access

Order records are stored in the seller's private Google Sheet. Customers do not receive spreadsheet access. Access is limited to the seller and authorized staff.

Your choices

You may ask to correct or delete eligible information, or withdraw marketing consent, by contacting hello@example.com.

Retention and security

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for operations, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. Reasonable access, validation, and secret-management controls are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
