Reservations

Submitting checkout creates a temporary reservation awaiting seller confirmation. It is not an automatic payment confirmation. Unpaid pending reservations normally expire after 24 hours, after which items may return to the store.

One-of-one inventory

Most products have a quantity of one. Google Sheets performs the final availability check. If a piece was just reserved or sold, no partial order is created and you will be asked to review your bag.

Condition and sizing

Pre-owned items may show wear. Review the product description and ask for measurements or additional photos before paying. Minor color differences can occur across screens.

Payment and delivery

Payment is manual using the seller's confirmed instructions. Never send an OTP, MPIN, password, card number, or CVV. Fees, courier timelines, pickup details, and supported areas are confirmed by the seller.

Cancellations and issues

Contact +63 917 123 4567 promptly to request a cancellation or report an issue. Completed orders are not automatically returned to available inventory. Any return or refund is subject to the seller's stated policy and applicable law.
